Browse our products, add items to your cart, then proceed to checkout. You
can check out as a guest or create an account. Enter your shipping address and payment details, then
confirm your order. You'll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a
tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also log into your account and navigate to "My
Orders" to view real-time tracking updates for all your shipments.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of
placement by contacting us at support@globalretailcenter.com. After that window, orders enter our
fulfillment pipeline and cannot be modified. Once shipped, you'll need to use our standard return process instead.
This sometimes happens if the order was placed as a guest or with a
different email address. Check whether you checked out as a guest. If you have an account, ensure you're
logged in with the same email used during checkout. If the issue persists, contact us at
support@globalretailcenter.com with your order confirmation number.
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging
and item, then email us at support@globalretailcenter.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a
free replacement or full refund β whichever you prefer β and cover all return shipping costs. Do not
discard the damaged item or packaging until we advise you to.

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over
$75. Simply add $75+ worth of items to your cart and the discount will automatically apply at
checkout. Free shipping applies to the contiguous 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may
incur additional shipping fees.
Yes, we ship to 40+ countries worldwide. International shipping rates are
calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Please note that
international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees imposed by
your country. These are not included in our shipping charges.
Tracking updates can sometimes lag, especially during peak seasons or when
packages move between carrier facilities. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 5
business days (domestic) or 10 business days (international), please contact our support team. We'll investigate with the carrier and arrange a
replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost.
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Items must
be unused, in original condition, with all original packaging and tags. To start a return, visit our Returns page or email returns@globalretailcenter.com. Some items are not

Once we receive your returned item, we inspect it within 1β2 business days.
If approved, your refund is processed within 5β10 business days to your original
payment method. Credit card refunds may take an additional 3β5 days to appear on your statement
depending on your bank.
For returns due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we provide a
prepaid return label at no cost to you. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is
responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure safe delivery
back to us.
For defective or incorrect items, we're happy to send a direct replacement.
For size or color exchanges, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order to avoid

encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
Absolutely. Our website uses SSL/TLS encryption (look for
the padlock in your browser's address bar), and all payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant
payment processors. We never see or store your full credit card number. Shopping with us is safe and
secure.
Payments can be declined for several reasons: incorrect card details,
insufficient funds, your bank flagging the transaction as unusual, or an expired card. First,
double-check your billing address matches what's on file with your bank. If the problem continues, try a

Prices displayed on our website are before tax. Applicable sales tax is
calculated based on your shipping address and added at checkout before you confirm payment.
International customers may also be subject to import duties or VAT, which are the responsibility of the
buyer and are not included in our pricing.

No, you can check out as a guest without creating an account. However,
creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, view your order history, create wishlists,
and check out faster in the future. It's free and takes less than a minute to set up.
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter the email address
associated with your account. We'll send you a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your
spam/junk folder if you don't see it. The reset link expires after 24 hours β if it expires, simply
request a new one.
To request account deletion, email privacy@globalretailcenter.com with the
subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address associated with your account. We will
process your request within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy
Policy. Please note: order history required for legal/tax purposes may be retained per applicable
law.

Yes. GlobalRetailCenter.com only sells 100% authentic products sourced
directly from authorized brands, licensed distributors, and verified suppliers. We have zero tolerance
for counterfeit or replica goods. If you ever receive an item you believe is not authentic, contact us
immediately and we will investigate and provide a full refund.
Product pages display real-time stock availability. If a product shows "In
Stock," it is available to order immediately. Items showing "Low Stock" may sell out quickly.
Out-of-stock items will display an "Out of Stock" notice β you can click "Notify Me" to receive an email
when they're back in stock.
Most electronics and branded products include the standard manufacturer's
warranty. Warranty terms are listed on individual product pages where applicable. To make a warranty
claim, you may need to contact the manufacturer directly β we are happy to assist you with contact
details. Our 30-day return policy is separate from any manufacturer warranty.
